Mezcal Fruit Cup
The Mezcal Fruit Cup is a smoky, complex, and highly refreshing twist on the traditional British summer fruit cup (like Pimm's). It replaces the classic gin base with the earthy, roasted agave notes of mezcal, pairing it with sweet red vermouth and dry orange curaçao. Accented by a dash of floral lavender bitters and lengthened with an effervescent mix of ginger ale and cola, this robust yet summery long drink is perfect for warm afternoons or barbecues. It is best served in a tall glass over ice, lavishly garnished with fresh mint, citrus slices, strawberries, and borage.
