Mexican Summer

Mexican Summer is an incredibly refreshing, dessert-inspired cocktail designed to capture the breezy essence of warm sunny days. Shaken smoothly and served strained into an elegant martini glass, it seamlessly emulsifies artisanal mezcal with a scoop of vibrant, herbaceous lemon-mint-basil gelato and a splash of bubbly mineral water for a beautifully balanced, citrus-forward treat.

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Mezcal Mitre Origen

• 70 g lemon, mint, and basil gelato

• 60 ml Mineral water

Instructions:

• In a shaker, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, a scoop of gelato, and mineral water halfway up the glass. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass.
