La Sirenita is a whimsical, ocean-inspired cocktail that pairs an exotic, tropical sweetness with an eye-catching shimmer. Shaken to a frosty chill and strained into an elegant, glitter-rimmed martini glass, it seamlessly blends artisanal mezcal with the vibrant blue, fruit-forward notes of Hpnotiq liqueur, citrusy Triple Sec, a splash of tart sour mix, rich pineapple juice, and a spoonful of edible blue glitter for a magical, swirling finish.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Mezcal Mitre Origen

  • 45 ml Hpnotiq

  • 15 ml Triple Sec

  • 15 ml Sour Mix

  • 30 ml Pineapple Juice

  • Blue glitter

  • Ice

Instructions:

  • Fill a shaker a quarter full with ice, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, Hpnotiq, and Triple Sec. Add Sour Mix, pineapple juice, and a teaspoon of glitter. Shake for 15 seconds.

  • Serve using a strainer in a chilled martini glass frosted with glitter.
