Matador

The Matador is a bold, spirit-forward cocktail made with Ilegal Mezcal Reposado, Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth, and Dry Curaçao.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Ilegal Mezcal Reposado

  • 1 oz Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth

  • 1 oz Dry Curaçao

  • Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the mixture is cold. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
