Maravilla
A moody, spirit-forward cocktail with a chocolatey backbone. It stirs mezcal with brown crème de cacao, a touch of Amaro Montenegro, and chocolate bitters to create a drink that is delicately bittersweet and deeply complex.
Ingredients:
7.5 ml Amaro (e.g., Montenegro)
8 drops Bob's Chocolate bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters by Angostura
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare a garnish of an orange zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as a garnish.
