Lavender Paloma

While margaritas will always have a special place in our hearts, palomas are right up there with them. A solid choice for the spring and summer seasons, the paloma cocktail shares many of the same ingredients, but yields a subtler sweetness as tangy pink grapefruit takes center stage alongside tequila blanco.

  • 1½ oz. Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice

  • 1 oz. Lavender Syrup (recipe below)

  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 Ripe Pink Grapefruit

  • Club Soda

Instructions:

  • Add ice to a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and combine the tequila, mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and lavender syrup.

  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to chill and dilute, then strain into a Hybrid Cocktail Glass over a large ice cube.

  • Top with club soda and garnish with pink grapefruit.

Lavender Syrup:

  • Add 1 TBSP of dried lavender buds, remove from heat,, and let steep for 10 minutes.
