La Joya
A smoky and complex riff on the classic Bijou cocktail. This spirit-forward drink swaps gin for mezcal and layers it with sweet vermouth and Green Chartreuse, producing an intensely herbal, honeyed, and earthy profile.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. green Chartreuse
3/4 oz. PX sherry
6 dashes Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir. Strain into a chilled glass.
