The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

A complex and refreshing highball that lives up to its cinematic name. It mixes mezcal with the deeply herbal, bittersweet notes of an Italian amaro, topped with effervescence for a crushable yet challenging flavor profile.

. Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro

  • 1/2 oz. mezcal

  • 1/4 oz. Cynar

  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz. agave syrup

  • 2 oz. soda water

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and then strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with the soda. Garnish.
