Jello Shots

Ilegal Jello Shots are a playful, highly shareable twist on the party classic that brilliantly marries the smooth, subtle smoke of unaged mezcal with a vibrant base of fresh orange juice. Set into perfectly chilled, individual portions and playfully finished with a zesty sprinkle of Tajín, these bright, citrus-forward treats deliver a fun and fiery bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1.25 cups orange juice

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin

  • 0.75 cups Ilegal Joven

  • 1 sprinkle Tajín

Instructions:

  • Add orange juice to a pot and bring to a boil

  • Add a packet of unflavored gelatin and stir until dissolved

  • Add Ilegal Mezcal Joven

  • Let cool

  • Pour into shot glasses and add tajín

  • Refrigerate
