Ilegal Devils Margarita

Ilegal Devil's Margarita is a vibrant, fiery twist on the classic that brilliantly pairs the crisp, subtle smoke of unaged mezcal with a bold, spicy kick of real pepper purée. Shaken vigorously and strained over fresh ice, this beautifully balanced cooler is perfectly finished with a zesty Tajín rim and a simple lime wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ilegal Joven

  • 2 oz Margarita Mix

  • 0.5 oz Real Pepper Purée

Instructions:

  • Garnish a rocks glass with a Tajín rim. Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice, and add a lime wedge garnish.
