Hot Lips
Hot Lips is a uniquely stirred, fiery sweet-and-sour creation that masterfully bridges the punchy heat of jalapeño-infused blanco tequila with the earthy, artisanal smoke of Del Maguey mezcal. Balanced by fresh pineapple and lemon juices with a smooth touch of vanilla and cane syrups, this highly complex, warming sipper is strained over fresh ice into a partially salt-rimmed glass.
Ingredients:
22.5 ml Jalapeño-infused blanco tequila
22.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
15 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Vanilla sugar syrup
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of salt rim (coat one-third outside of glass with lime juice and salt).
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
