Honeydew Mezcal Margarita

A refreshing, fruit-forward riff on the margarita that pairs the smoky notes of Mezcal with sweet, fresh honeydew melon juice, lime, and agave.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 oz. honeydew-infused mezcal

  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/4 oz. Italicus

  • 1/4 oz. Strega

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
