Heart of Stone
A rich, fruit-forward variation of the classic Boulevardier. It swaps whiskey for mezcal, mixing the roasted agave with Campari, sweet vermouth, and a rich, dark cherry liqueur for a deep, smoky, and bittersweet sipper.
Ingredients:
1 oz. bourbon
1/2 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
3/4 oz. Cynar 70
6 saline drops (1:10 salt to water)
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over a large ice cube in a glass. Garnish.
