The Long Goodbye

A beautifully bittersweet, low-ABV-adjacent cocktail. This recipe uses the vegetal, artichoke-laced bitterness of Cynar as its base, paired with a half-ounce of smoky mezcal, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of agave nectar.

  • Add the soda water to a Collins glass. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice. Double-strain into a Collins glass. Top with ice, then garnish.
