Give Me Fever
A complex cocktail that brilliantly marries the refreshing profile of a Gin & Tonic with the earthy smoke of mezcal. It shakes London Dry Gin, triple sec, and mezcal with a zesty split of fresh lemon and lime juices and a delicate touch of floral lavender syrup. Served up in a chilled coupe and topped with a splash of tonic water, it is elegantly finished with a flamed lemon zest twist for a fragrant, layered sipper.
Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
2.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Lavender sugar syrup
10 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist (flamed)
Shake the first 6 ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Express flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
