Cristalino Jumping

Jumping Cristalino is a vibrant, tropical cocktail that beautifully highlights the exceptional smoothness of 400 Conejos Cristalino Mezcal. It builds a bright, fruity base by combining 50 ml of the cristalino mezcal, 50 ml of sweet guava puree, 30 ml of fresh pineapple juice, and 30 ml of tart lime juice in a shaker. Shaken vigorously with ice and single-strained into an Old Fashioned glass, this refreshing sipper is perfectly balanced. It is uniquely finished with a hibiscus salt rim, a charred guava slice, and fresh mint leaves for a visually striking presentation.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml 400 Conejos Cristalino

• 50 ml Puré de guayaba

• 30 ml Jugo de piña

• 30 ml jugo de limón

Instructions:

• Simply shake all ingredients. Strain and pour into an Old Fashioned glass.
