Cel Rey
The Cel Rey is a dry, savory, and exceptionally refreshing highball that brilliantly highlights the versatility of agave spirits. Adapted from a recipe by Danny Child, it pairs the robust, earthy smoke of mezcal with the unique, vegetal effervescence of celery soda, rounded out by a bright splash of fresh lime juice and celery bitters. Built over ice in a Collins glass, this long and thirst-quenching sipper is perfectly finished with a leafy celery stick garnish.
Ingredients:
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dashes of Fee Brothers Celery bitters
90 ml Celery soda
Instructions:
Pour the first 3 ingredients into an ice-filled glass. TOP with celery soda.
