Absinthe Negroni
Absinthe Negroni is a deeply seductive, complex variation on the classic bittersweet format that anchors an intense split base of smoky mezcal and herbal sweet vermouth. Stirred to a velvety chill with bittersweet Americano rosso and a tiny, velvety whisper of white crème de cacao, this potent late-night sipper is served in a glass pre-rinsed with aromatic absinthe and finished with a rich maraschino cherry.
Ingredients:
1.25 ml La Fée Parisienne absinthe
30 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
22.5 ml Savoia Americano Rosso
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a Roddy glass.
Prepare a garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Rinse the glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
Stir other ingredients with ice.
Strain into an absinthe-rinsed glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry dropped into the cocktail.
