Mexican Negroni

Mexican Negroni is a sophisticated, agave-forward variation of the classic aperitivo that masterfully balances equal parts tradition and Mexican terroir. Stirred to a velvety chill with a clever split base of smooth reposado tequila, earthy mezcal, and Old Tom gin, it combines the rich herbal depth of sweet vermouth with the punchy, bittersweet snap of Italian red bitter liqueur before being served over ice with a fresh orange wheel.

  • Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.

  • Prepare a garnish of an orange slice wheel.

  • Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass.

  • Stir.
