Pescador de Sueños (which translates to "Fisherman of Dreams") is a project by Destileria Santa Sabia dedicated to rescuing the mysticism, folklore, and ancient traditions of Mexican agave spirits. The brand focuses on unrepeatable, single-batch productions crafted by independent, well-regarded master distillers (maestros mezcaleros) in remote villages. Deeply philosophical about the emotional and grounding effects of different agave varietals, Pescador de Sueños ensures that the authentic flavors of the plant are preserved. Instead of aging in wood barrels, the distilled batches are "glass-rested" for at least a year in light- and temperature-controlled rooms. Finally, the spirits are housed in beautiful, hand-crafted, high-temperature ceramic flasks created and painted by local master craftsmen.

Cuishe: Described as sensual and spirited, this mezcal offers an earthy nose of soft vanilla, toffee, and subtle dried prune.
