MEZCALS OFFERED:
Durango: Crafted from wild Cenizo agave that takes 12 to 15 years to mature in the extreme climate and mineral-rich soil of Northern Mexico. This beautiful mezcal is bright crystalline with silver sparkles, offering aromas of citrus, green olive, cooked agave, and cloves. The palate is medium-bodied and complex, delivering rich flavors of peanut, brown sugar, honey, toasted wood, chocolate, and ripe fruit. Its dark, textured decanter is inspired by black clay and hand-carved by Mazahua artisans, topped with a vibrant cap created by the Wixárika culture.
Guerrero: A mystical and majestic spirit made from the very rare Papalote agave, which grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero. The green jade-colored decanter pays tribute to the ancestral wisdom, tender nature, and warrior spirit of Mexican women. On the nose, it reveals grapefruit skin, fresh wood, rosemary, peanut oil, and hints of daisy flowers. The tasting experience is full-bodied, offering a striking blend of fresh wood, seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and light notes of tobacco that reflect both the coastal climate and the freshness of the region's green forests.
San Luis Potosí: A stunning tribute to the semi-desert slopes and valleys of its namesake state, made from native Agave salmiana (green agave). Encased in a striking red decanter that honors the indigenous Huachichil people and features a beautifully woven yarn-appliqué cap, this expression is deeply complex. It offers a bouquet of cooked agave, caramel, green chile, sweet fruit, freshly cut grass, and subtle wildflowers. The palate opens with an herbal front that gives way to layers of caramel, lime zest, and clove, culminating in a satisfyingly spiced and mineral-driven finish.
