Cenizo: The flagship expression of the brand, crafted from wild Agave durangensis (Cenizo) that thrives in the high-desert climate of Durango. It features a beautifully vibrant and aromatic profile with welcoming notes of sweet tropical fruits, delicate wildflowers, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, earthy complexity with a bright mineral spine, finishing with a gentle, elegant wisp of campfire smoke.
Chacaleño: A striking and rare expression made from wild Agave shrevei (Chacaleño), harvested from the rocky slopes of the region. This mezcal is bright, herbaceous, and intensely fresh. The nose offers green apple, fresh mint, and damp earth, while the palate brings a zesty, spicy herbaceousness that is balanced by a crisp, clean minerality and a long, warming finish.
Pechuga de Venado: A magnificent, highly traditional Durango twist on the classic celebratory spirit. For this ultra-premium release, the Cenizo mezcal is distilled a third time with a medley of local fruits, seasonal botanicals, and a cut of venison (deer) suspended in the still.
