Founded by Brett and Holly Beckett, the brand’s ultimate vision is to bring full-scale agave farming to the United States by 2025 to create a completely estate-grown, American-made spirit from seed to sip. Currently, they source premium 100% Blue Weber Agave from Jalisco, Mexico, but the spirits are entirely perfected, aged, and bottled on American soil. Because they are not produced exclusively in Mexico’s designated regions, these cannot legally be called "tequila," but rather additive-free American Agave Spirits. Ameragave is deeply committed to sustainability and patriotism—utilizing a revolutionary, proprietary "EcoMature™" aging process that requires 80% less wood and eliminates the "angel's share" (evaporation) to protect forests. Guaranteed to be completely additive-free (no glycerin or shortcuts), it serves as a crisp, smooth base for cocktails or a clean, neat pour. The nose opens with a fresh floral bouquet and a clean hint of pure agave. On the palate, it is smooth, vibrant, and refined, offering a strong agave presence layered with subtle floral undertones. Ameragave Gold: A rich and highly innovative expression designed especially to appeal to whiskey and bourbon drinkers, bottled at 40% ABV. This spirit is aged using virgin American oak through the brand's proprietary EcoMature™ process, which took 147 iterations to perfect, delivering deep barrel character without artificial additives. The aroma is highly inviting, offering rich notes of caramel, oak, cinnamon, and a whisper of cocoa.
