Mezcal Tour Oaxaca (6 hrs): A comprehensive countryside journey to Santiago Matatlán and Tlacolula. Guests visit agave plantations and active distilleries, receive a masterclass from a certified mezcal maestro, and taste up to 25 different artisanal, ancestral, and pechuga mezcals.
Downtown Mezcal Distillery Masterclass (2 hrs): Perfect for those short on time, this masterclass takes place at their private micro-distillery right in the heart of Oaxaca City. Available at 5:00 PM or 7:30 PM, it includes a technical tasting of up to 10 exclusive and rare mezcals, complete with roundtrip hotel transportation.
Distill Your Own Bottle: A rare, hands-on opportunity to actively participate in the distillation process and add your own flavor profiles to create two custom bottles of mezcal to take home.
