Hush Keller in Texas is hosting the Tequila After Dark tasting on November 4 for $35 per guest. Attendees will sample pours from 10 different producers, including Tequila Ocho and Wild Common, while learning about agave production methods. The evening also features passed hors d'oeuvres starting at 6:30 PM.
Wild Bill's Tobacco in Oxford, Michigan, is teaming up with Drew Estate Cigars for the Agave & Ash event on October 8. Attendees can sample El Cristiano Tequila while smoking premium cigars in the newly expanded lounge. Each ticket includes a spirit tasting, one premium cigar, and food from Taco Cartel.

This free event gives guests a chance to sample three unique expressions from Casa Santanera, including their Kosher Blanco, Blanco Lote Partida, and an añejo. Attendees will learn how organic farming and specific agave plots shape the flavor profiles of these small-batch agave spirits.
The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso hosts an Agave Terroir Tasting on October 8. Chef Lawrence Acosta guides a small group of 14 guests through four agave expressions pulled from the hotel's extensive collection. The tasting includes complementary pairings and covers regional production methods and terroir.
NOM Mexican Table + Tequila Bar in Morristown, New Jersey, is hosting a hands-on cocktail class on October 8 at 5:30 PM. Attendees receive a welcome drink to start the evening before learning to mix two cocktails in a relaxed environment. Every ticket includes a curated goodie bag and a custom NOM recipe book.
Ixchel Mexican Cuisine in East Setauket, New York, is hosting an Agave Spirit Tasting on Thursday, October 8. Attendees will sample a curated selection of 100 percent agave tequila, raicilla, and mezcal throughout the evening. The event runs from 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM at their Old Town Road location.
