We'll pour three expressions from three different maestros: Emigdio Jarquín Ramírez's Cuishe, wild and mineral off a karwinskii agave; Tío Rey's Ensamble, an Espadín-Arroqueño blend distilled in clay pots the old way; and Joel Barriga's Espadín, bright and fruit-forward out of Hacienda Tapanalá.
WHAT TO EXPECT
6:30 PM — Doors open. Welcome cocktail, included for the social hour
7:30 PM — Guided tasting begins. Introductions, pour-by-pour exploration of all three expressions (light bites included)
8:00 PM — Giveaway, closing remarks
