Disclosure to Third Parties: Yurbban Hospitality Group may only share your data with third parties when transferring rights and obligations pertaining to the contractual relationship between you and Yurbban Hospitality Group to such third parties, in particular in the case of the transfer of a sector of activity, a merger through the foundation of a new company, a merger through absorption, de-merger or any change in control affecting Yurbban Hospitality Group. Release From Liability: By signing this document, I fully and forever release and discharge trainers, the staff of Amalia Miami & Lennox Hotels Miami Beach and their contractors from any and all injury, losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activity, even if they are due to the ordinary negligence, omission, or other fault on the part of the aforementioned persons.

Covenants: I will follow any and all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of the trainers at all times during the activity. I will perform the activity in a safe manner, respecting my personal physical limits. I will not participate in the activity under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drugs, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other substance which could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.

Transfer of image rights: By means of this document, I authorize the use by Yurbban Hospitality Group, Amalia Miami & Lennox Hotels Miami Beach of the image rights on photographs and videos, as well as the right of reproduction, public communication, transformation, distribution and its use in social media platforms and corporate websites, without further compensation or permission.
