Join us for an intimate exploration of Tequila Ocho, the world's first single-estate tequila that proves agave expresses terroir just like fine wine.
Founded by master distiller Carlos Camarena and the late Tomas Estes, Tequila Ocho labels every bottle with the specific estate and harvest year—making each expression rare, collectible, and distinctly different based on soil, elevation, and climate.
This 90-minute guided tasting features four exceptional expressions: Plata (unaged), Reposado (8 weeks in barrel), Añejo (1 year), and a special fourth pour. Each tequila is paired with a chef-driven bite designed to complement and elevate the spirit's unique characteristics.
We'll explore traditional production methods—tahona stone crushing, wooden fermentation tanks, small copper stills, and zero additives. You'll learn to taste tequila the way you'd approach fine wine or whiskey: with intention, appreciation, and curiosity.
The evening concludes with a cocktail demonstration.
