In this class we will go over the history of these wonderful and varied liquors and cover from start to finish the types of agave that are farmed and harvested, how and where they are distilled, which to stock your bar with and what great and creative cocktails you can make with them. There, of course, will be a tasting of various tequilas and mezcals, along with mixing your own Latin inspired concoction.
