Join us for a 4-course dinner crafted by The Taco Project’s Executive Chef, Juan — a military veteran whose second act in life brought him to the culinary world. After graduating from culinary school, Chef Juan earned a spot at the legendary 3-Michelin-starred Alinea in Chicago before returning to New York to lead kitchens at some of Manhattan’s top upscale Mexican restaurants. Now, as the longtime Executive Chef of The Taco Project, he brings his vision and expertise to every plate.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a different expression of Ocho Tequila, highlighting the spirit's craftsmanship alongside Juan’s seasonal creations. Menu drops Tuesday. Seats are limited!
