This isn’t your average tasting—it’s a full-on Mezcal Masterclass meets Cocktail Lab featuring the bold and beautiful bottles from El Buho, one of Oaxaca’s most celebrated artisanal producers.
El Buho mezcal is made and led by the Jimenez Mendez family.Led by their oldest son Jose "pepe" Isaac & Beatriz Jimenez. These fifth generation mezcaleros have work diligently to build their operation from a single production facility in 2010 to four discrete palenques in 2020.

El Buho Espadín – Classic and smooth with notes of caramel, red apple, and a smoky coffee finish.
El Buho Tepeztate – Wild, bold, and packed with personality. Minerality and earth-driven spice abound.
El Buho Cuishe – Herbal, elegant, and dry with whispers of palo santo and sage.
El Buho Arroqueño – Big, rich, and rare with flavors of banana, burnt sugar, and passionfruit.
