Together, we'll explore the different agaves, regions, producers, and traditional production methods that give each expression its individual character.
More importantly, we'll introduce you to the people and stories behind the spirits.
Throughout the guided tasting, we'll discuss how factors such as agave variety, terroir, roasting, fermentation, distillation, and generations of family knowledge can influence what ultimately reaches your glass.
