Hosted with Patrón Tequila and Ilegal Mezcal , the evening features Chef Carlos Aparicio—the James Beard Award–recognized chef-owner of acclaimed South Philadelphia restaurant El Chingón. Known for bringing bold regional Mexican flavors to Philadelphia, Chef Aparicio will present his interpretation of Yucatán-inspired cantina botanas.
