The menu highlights a true Chicago classic — BEEF — featuring selections from second-generation, family-owned Kilgus Farmstead in Fairbury, Illinois.

Cocktails by Yadira Morales will feature Mezcal Amarás and more. Guests will also have the chance to connect with fellow Chicago chefs Jhoana Ruiz, Sarah Grueneberg, Joe Flamm, and Won Kim, who will provide live commentary throughout the screening.
