This immersive experience in the heart of Little Havana, presented in collaboration with various members of the agave community, will provide enthusiasts and newcomers alike with a casual but in-depth exploration of mezcal's rich history, traditions, and craftsmanship. Bistro Ocho's Mezcal School, with sessions capped at 12 invites, offers a deep dive into agave spirits every third Wednesday at the restaurant’s vibrant bar. Students will learn how different mezcals and agave spirits express themselves in both neat tastings and expertly paired cocktails. The exploration is completed with a thoughtfully chosen selection of antojitos (small cravings), specially created by Bistro Ocho to elevate the mezcal experience.
