Built on deep relationships with Zapotec producers in remote Oaxacan villages, each mezcal reflects ancient processes, distinct microclimates, and terroir. Every bottle is produced by individual family palenqueros and named for the village it comes from

Guided by the Del Maguey team, guests will explore the cultural and sensory connections between Oaxaca and the Caribbean, with each course building on the last. These dishes were curated to highlight the nuance of Del Maguey's mezcals, from bright citrus and herbs to charred, savory depth.

This dinner is a celebration of those single villages, their stories, and the enduring craft behind every pour.
