Join us with Bozal Mezcal, a producer dedicated to honoring traditional mezcal-making and the communities behind it. Working with small, family-run palenques Bozal crafts mezcal rooted in place, process, and heritage—using ancestral techniques, wild and cultivated agave, and natural fermentation.
The evening will feature a guided exploration of Bozal’s portfolio. A paired dinner by the award-winning Blackbelly team will be inspired by the mezcals’ depth and complexity, and includes an immersive appetizer hour followed by a multi-course tasting menu.
