🥃 Featured Tastings

Laelia Blanco
Crafted in the highlands of Mexico using tahona crushed, slow cooked agave and mountain spring water, then distilled in handmade copper pot stills. It rests briefly in American white oak for up to 14 days, adding a soft touch of vanilla while preserving its vibrant agave character. Expect cooked agave, citrus, herbs and gentle spice.

Laelia Reposado
Rested in French white oak barrels for four to six months, this reposado balances natural agave sweetness with notes of vanilla, caramel, light oak and a clean mineral finish.

Laelia Añejo
Aged in French white oak for 12 to 14 months, delivering layers of vanilla, oak, dried fruit, caramel and warm spice with a smooth, lingering finish.
