Join MACBBQ and 55 South's private bottle club 55/110 as we celebrate the release of our second private barrel pick, Corazon Reposado Tequila! This special offering has been aged for 22 months in a Stagg Bourbon barrel giving it a rare and unique twist on the already great tequila we love.
On June 28th we're getting the band back together to celebrate the release of our Corazon Tequila Private Barrel Pick — a unique and exclusive tequila chosen from multiple barrels for its exceptional flavor. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy this one of a kind Reposado, featuring fruity and floral notes up front in the begining. It's got a range of soft minerality, honey, caramel, pineapple, tropical fruit notes and it finishes with just a touch of slate and black pepper. This is a very bright and rich tequila with a nuance of classic Stagg Bourbon.
We know any great Tequila party needs some great tacos to make it complete...so our friends at Cajetas are joining the fiesta to collaborate on some SERIOUS tacos.
Think our award winning MACBBQ smoked brisket on a handmade Cajetas serrano/jalepeno yellow corn tortilla with a special salsa created just for this event. And that's just the start.
To make the release party complete, not only did we partner with Cajetas but we also brought in our friends from Phin Bar, and Paleta Planeta to help us round out the party with desserts, coffee drinks, and of course the VIP bites you’ve come to expect from us!
