The Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival is an annual five-day event held in Oaxaca, Mexico. The next festival will take place from February 25 to March 1, 2026.

A VIP ticket grants access to eight events, including tastings of moles and mezcals, an ancestral lunch, a cocktail party, and a Guelaguetza brunch.

Although the main dates are in 2026, tickets are available starting September 30, 2025.

HOW TO MAKE A "OAXACAN OLD FASHION"...

INGREDIENTS:

• 2oz Ilegal Mezcal Reposado

• 4 dashes of Angostura bitters

• 2 dashes of orange bitters

• 0.5oz simple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

The Ilegal Mezcal takes on an Oaxacan Old Fashioned is an enduring classic with an Oaxacan spirit. Add all ingredients into a rocks glass over ice and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
