White Negroni Piña Colada
White Negroni Piña Colada is an adventurous, bittersweet tropical mashup that marries the smoky depth of mezcal and the earthy, herbal punch of gentian liqueur. Shaken with coconut rum, pineapple juice, fresh lemon, and a touch of rich simple syrup, this complex drink is strained over fresh ice and finished with a dark, aromatic float of Angostura bitters.
Ingredients:
15 ml Gentian liqueur (e.g., Suze, Salers etc)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Pineapple juice
1.25 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Instructions:
Shake the first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Float aromatic bitters.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim
