Topo & Luna
Topo & Luna is a refreshingly simple, highball-style cocktail that relies on the flawless pairing of crisp sparkling mineral water and earthy agave. It effortlessly builds 2 oz of Mezcal Rosaluna directly in a highball glass filled with fresh, cubed ice. The smoky spirit is then topped to taste with highly effervescent Topo Chico and gently stirred to integrate the flavors. A pinch of sea salt is added to enhance the savory notes, and the drink is brightly finished with a fresh lime wedge alongside a slice of orange or grapefruit.
Ingredients:
2 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
Topo Chico (to taste)
1 pinch of Sea salt
Garnish: Lime wedge, orange or grapefruit slice

In a highball glass, add the Mezcal and fill with cubed ice. Top with Topo Chico and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge, orange or grapefruit slice, and a pinch of sea salt.
