Tongue Twister

A vibrant riff on the classic Last Word. This recipe substitutes the usual gin for Mezcal and uses Génépy (an alpine herbal liqueur) to form an herbaceous base, brightened by lime and the distinct spice of falernum.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. mezcal

  • 3/4 oz. génépy

  • 3/4 oz. falernum

  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a coupe, then garnish.
