Campfire Story

A warming, autumnal cocktail that feels exactly like its namesake. It combines the roasted notes of Mezcal with the rich, spiced flavors of apple brandy, Cynar, and a touch of maple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. mezcal

  • 1 oz. Amaro Nonino

  • 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth

  • 1/4 oz. gin

  • 1/4 oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur (or Braulio)

  • 2 dashes smoked cinnamon bitters (or Angostura bitters)

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over a large ice cube into the glass. Garnish.
