The Piña
Piña Cocktail is a vibrant, beautifully tropical cooler that expertly grounds the bright, juicy sweetness of fresh pineapple with the earthy, artisanal smoke of Del Maguey mezcal. Shaken to a proper chill with tart fresh lime juice and a touch of rich agave syrup, this highly refreshing sipper is strained over fresh ice into a spicy chili-salt-rimmed rocks glass and elegantly finished with a fresh pineapple wedge.
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Del Maguey Mezcal
2 oz fresh pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz agave syrup
