The Sunshine No. 3 is a brilliantly balanced, equal-parts aperitivo that expertly marries the earthy smoke of mezcal with the rich herbal notes of Liquore Strega and a bittersweet orange-red aperitivo. Shaken with fresh lime juice and served over ice, this vibrant, citrus-forward sipper delivers a deeply complex and refreshing flavor profile.
Ingredients:
22.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
22.5 ml liquore Strega
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass
Prepare a lemon slice wheel garnish.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
