Sunset Vibes

Sunset Vibes is a vibrant and refreshing long drink that lives up to its beautifully sunset-colored appearance. It masterfully layers the clean canvas of vodka with zesty pink grapefruit juice, a bittersweet orange-red aperitivo, and a crisp top of tonic water. Finished with a delicate float of mezcal for an inviting wisp of smoke, this cocktail offers a complex yet perfectly harmonious symphony of flavors, garnished with a slice of dehydrated grapefruit.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Ketel One Vodka

• 45 ml Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)

• 30 ml Aperitivo Luxardo (Aperol-style liqueur)

• 45 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water

• 7.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal

Instructions:

• Pour the first 3 ingredients into the glass and then add ice to fill.

• Top with tonic water and finish with a float of mezcal.
