Slynx
Slynx is an exceptional, spirit-forward late-night sipper that beautifully harmonizes a rich base of reposado tequila and applejack brandy with the bright, fruity sweetness of pear liqueur. Stirred to a perfect chill with whiskey barrel-aged bitters and strained into an Old-Fashioned glass rinsed with smoky mezcal, this complex, dry cocktail is elegantly finished with a fresh pear wedge.
Ingredients:
45 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
15 ml Applejack brandy
1 dash of Whiskey barrel-aged bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of a pear wedge.
Rinse chilled glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
Stir other ingredients with ice.
Strain into a mezcal-rinsed glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Garnish with a pear wedge.
