Seventeen Fifty is a complex, herbaceous twist on the modern classic Naked & Famous, designed to highlight Rosaluna’s earthy, Oaxacan roots. It builds a perfectly balanced equal-parts formula, shaking 0.75 oz of Mezcal Rosaluna with 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.75 oz of bittersweet Aperol, and 0.75 oz of complex Yellow Chartreuse. Vigorously shaken with ice until thoroughly chilled, the vibrant mixture is strained into a chilled cocktail glass. This spirit-forward sipper is a bright, bittersweet tribute to the agave’s six-generation family farm heritage.
Ingredients:
0.75 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
Instructions:
This one goes out to a very special six-generation family farm in Santiago Matatlán. Even when you dress Rosaluna in a French Chartreuse, her smoky Oaxacan roots will always shine through (as they should).
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Give a little toast to your ancestors.
