Schwifty Swizzle
A complex, crushed-ice tropical drink that builds on the smoke of mezcal by adding Green Chartreuse, falernum, and pineapple juice. It’s a tiki-style cocktail that packs a potent, herbal punch.
Ingredients:
1 oz. mezcal (Seaworthy uses El Silencio)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. falernum
½ oz. Green Chartreuse
Instructions:
Build ingredients in a tall Collins glass. Add ice to fill halfway and swizzle. Top with crushed ice formed into a slightly domed top and add a couple dashes of Peychaud’s to float. Top with a big, bushy bouquet of mint.
